Stephanie Hardin is a 2008 graduate of Ackerman High School, received a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education with endorsements in English and History from the University of Mississippi and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. She is licensed in administration by both the Midsouth Association of Independent Schools and the Mississippi Department of Education. During her 8 years in education, she has taught in both English and Special Education fields, served as TST Chair, and has spent the last year as the Assistant Principal at CA. Among her awards are Special Education Student Teacher of the Year (Ole Miss), Teacher of the Year (Calhoun City Middle School), STAR Teacher (Calhoun City High School), and Administrator of the Year (Calhoun Academy). Stephanie's philosophy of education is built on relationships, and being able to openly share her faith and watch students be immersed in a faith-centered school environment are key reasons why she loves Calhoun Academy. Her vision for CA is simple- foster a safe, Christian environment where students can thrive spiritually, academically, and athletically all while growing our school to its full potential. Stephanie and her husband, Trey, live in Calhoun City with their three children- Owen, Oakley, and Ava Burk “AB”. Outside of CA, the Hardins are active members of Calhoun City FBC and enjoy a farming lifestyle in Calhoun county.
