Calhoun Academy, for the first time in school history, partnered with First Inspires through the Center of Mathematics and Science Education at the University of Mississippi during the 2023-2024 school year to begin a robotics program. During the course of the school year, students built a robot and competed in 2 competitions. The hope is to grow our current program and offer STEM activities such as coding, robotics, etc. to our elementary students. We are excited for what the future of Robotics holds at CA!
